Our area just started Prime Now deliveries from Whole Foods. I scrolled through a bunch of posts to try and find an answer but I couldn't- so forgive me if it's obvious or has been already stated. Still says it is "being prepared". Please note that every delivery slot, regardless of meeting the 35 dollar/2 hour free delivery requirements, resulted in a 4.99 delivery fee. Prime is now saying they'll email me when the item becomes available and sorry for the inconvenience. Now none left.Yup same message I've been trying to place an order since FridayI placed an order on March 14th at 5:30 PM, got a window of Sunday the 15th from 6-8pm. I used Prime to purchase a TV stand, and the delivery date was 25 days from purchase. I was refreshing the page 5 minutes before and nothing showed so I'm assuming they released them at 10 past 8.You just have to keep going- we try every 10-15 mins. Check out using your existing Amazon Prime account and our local couriers will deliver to you in the delivery window you choose. The date came around and there wasn't a single status update on the purchase, until the evening of the expected delivery date. It took me two days of trying to get a window yesterday at 2:15 pm. Perhaps 5 minutes later, I added some items to both carts to test delivery availability, and there were again, zero 1 or 2 hour slots available. Now the statement has changed on the site and says slots are being released throughout the day, I have had only one success with this and because I hadn't got my basket sorted beforehand I lost it :-( the slots can't be saved like with Salisbury(aka Sainsbury’s) or Tesco, I learned that and I am still without any kind of food delivery order for weeks.I just managed to secure a 2-4 slot for today.I got one on thursday at 2:15 pm for friday 2-4 pm. No refund so far.I recommend checking /refreshing the checkout page when you have time, i.e. Prime members get unlimited 2-hour delivery on orders over £40, 1-hour delivery in select postcodes for £7.99, and scheduled delivery options. I was just wondering if anyone knows what times the delivery slots are released? keep your cart loaded, on the page where you have the "checkout now" button. Restaurants orders are delivered after you place your order and you can track the driver in real time. Minimum order applies*. Always manage to get one.
I started seeing this issue Thursday or Friday night; I gave up but checked the next morning - and as I expected, still nothing.
