Glossier has definitely been one of the most hyped beauty brands this year! Allure calls it THE product that put Glossier on the map. Needless to say, Canadian beauty addicts went nuts. The only down side of such a moisturising concealer is that, if I do not powder over the top of it, sometimes mascara from my bottom lashes sticks to it throughout the day, but that is something that I am willing to put up with for this product. Add to that everything together still felt “makeup-free”? But is it worth the hype? Dubbed a ‘universal skin salve,’ it’s dense and ultra-hydrating, packed with ingredients such as beeswax and lanolin that make it a savior for chapped lips. It is a very gentle product and didn’t irritate my skin or anything like that, but I didn’t really notice any nourishing benefits either. it applies and stays very evenly throughout the day. You both look great and really don’t need anything!Cloud Paint in ‘Puff’I should add the disclaimer made it obvious they weren’t hosting it or providing the products. There’s not a massive difference, but the After looks like a very natural, glowing you. The concealer contains nourishing oils that give a dewy glowing finish. This cherry shade gives my pout the most natural red flush and it is really moisturizing.I would like the results just as well with just the lip product. I love the idea behind the sets. It’s buildable, so that I can start slow and graduate to a bolder look if desired. Let me know how you get on with it. i had healthy glowy skin wearing glossier, the perfect blush perfect lip, eyelashes, and brows but right know because of my damnn hormones i had to resort to accutane it works Okay, its not the same, doesn’t look as pretty and perfect .
The best way to describe them is a kind of like a tinted matt lip balm. I’m really curious to hear about what you find out about more of the glossier products. They have a skincare set called the ‘Phase 1 Set’ and their makeup set is called ‘Phase 2 set’. A lot of reviews say that it has strong rose scent, but I found it to have a bit of a plastic-like scent more than anything. I feel with how little you need, it will last forever and I have dry skin. My wild brows are always a little out of control (and totally uneven in terms of thickness) but Boy Brow helps define them in a perfectly tousled sort of way. xxThe packaging of the products is very minimalist and simple but extremely pretty – the pastel colours (my favourites) making it very photogenic, which is probably why they are all over Instagram! Now the only makeup I own and use is their brow gel, mascara, blush, and lip tint. The idea behind them is that they are supposed to be a lip colour that gives the look and finish of ‘just-blotted lipstick’ (without the need to blot). I am definitely the kind of girl who uses about 10 different brands at any one time, so I very rarely have an entire skin or makeup routine that consists of items that are all from the same brand. It comes in three different shades and clear, and is 100 percent worth the hype.
