During Covid 19 their support is almost nothing just made even harder for us to cope with things.chennai Mphasis doesn't have managers with communication skills .Transients working here are not appreciated and recognized for any amount of good work displayed .Nepotism is at it's peak.Overall i feel good to work in Mphasis, but only thing so difficult to get new project once we move to bench period.So difficult to get new project while we sitting in bench period. Mphasis bench policy is really worst, and the RMG doesnt give u any projects, mphasis pay you only 2 month salary when you are in bench with full pay, then 2 months half pay.
