This will be the last printer I ever purchase from Xerox if I can't get any helpful feedback from this site.This was a bad experience and an expensive lesson. Xerox printers are unreliable. When they die, they die for good, leaving you with a uselss machine and unredeamable toner.

No matter what I do, it will not accept the cartridge.There are several postings about the same problem, and one answer given was - The service is expensive. The toner is very expensive. After throwing all this money at the problem, I ended up with a hunk of metal that won't print anything and can't be fixed. I also ended up with hundreds of dollars worth of toner that nobody wants. I cannot get even partially re-imbured for any of this expensive toner.I have the same problem, but I have definitely latched the cartridges in place.I have solved the problem - I hadn't quite latched the cartridge all the way in.Sad to hear this, as it seems this is the same future I am looking at.
