DO NOT GO with PILLPACK. The Doctor/ Pharmacist communication sucks a big donkey tail.If I could leave zero stars I would. Yikes, placed a medication on HOLD via their website in June and it was still shipped in July 2020. Not good for someone who needs lifesaving meds. But after the first two shipments I have had terrible expereince with package delivery. At first the actually LOST one of my prescriptions so we had to call the doctor to get a new prescription. The process took 3+ months. The company was founded in 2013 by TJ Parker and Elliot Cohen. On the other hand, because PillPack is dispensing drugs I trust that they have sufficient quality controls or they’d quickly be done in by lawsuits. They just mixed up my prescriptions and wont deliver 90 days supply. They don't require a signature so anyone could have stolen them from my front porch. PillPack does have some issues.
First time I contacted them (they use a 3rd party customer service model through Zendesk), they told me to contact UPS.

Don't use them unless you like ripping your hair out and aggravating your doctorTerrible service. The unfortunate part, the wrong prescription was shipped and billed, claiming the doctor was the one at fault. They use UPS which they have authorized to transfer to USPS. Not to mention, it’s wildly wasteful. She has advanced dementia and the least little thing can throw her off. Their shipments do not arrive on time and it is almost impossible to make changes to medications or doctors without having to contact them at least 5 times.

Applied online and two months later I got an email asking for availability. Delivery date STILL says 6/22 and it’s 6/26 now.
