No one can tell me what the hold up is. How soon can he expect to get an approval or denial from PUA?No updates. We did not file the claim until mid-April, but she has been unemployed since March. Finally found out how to apply for PUA was approved a month ago and have filed for back weeks to current and have received nothing, not even a notification of when if or how I will receive it. He called them and they fixed the problem – and finally got paid after 10 weeks of waiting.Just wait like evryone else. When you fill out the weekly claims for benefits it asks you which employer and shows you a drop down menu of the employers you had previously listed, including the out of state.
